复方丹参提取物在化妆品中应用功效性考察

摘要

目的：课题组从丹参、川芎、白芍等川产道地药材中提取有效成分，将其添加在化妆品中，通过对复方丹参化妆品进行功效性考察，验证复方丹参化妆品是否具有美白、抗衰、保湿、修复等功效。方法：通过抑制络氨酸酶活性实验，验证化妆品美白功效；通过自由基清除能力测定，验证化妆品抗衰功效；通过皮肤含水量MMV实验，验证化妆品保湿功效；通过TEWL测试，验证化妆品修复功效。结果：复方丹参提取物对络氨酸酶活性抑制效果不佳；对超氧阴离子自由基、对羟自由基有良好清除作用；复方丹参化妆品做皮肤MMV测试结果良好；经皮失水TEWL实验测试结果良好。结论：复方丹参化妆品具有一定的抗衰、保湿、修复功效。

Purpose: The research group extracted effective ingredients from some Genuine medicinal materials of Sichuan, for example Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix, Chuanxiong Rhizoma, Paeoniae Radix Alba and so on, then added them to cosmetics to verify whether the cosmetics had whitening, anti-aging, moisturizing, repairing and other effects through the efficacy inspection experiments. Methods: The effects of whitening, anti-aging, moisturizing and repairing of cosmetics were investigated by inhibiting the activity of the enzyme, measuring the free radical scavenging ability, testing the skin moisture content MMV and testing the TEWL.Results: Compound salvia miltiorrhiza extract has poor inhibition effect on the activity of the enzyme, good scavenging effect on superoxide anion free radical and hydroxyl free radical, and good test results on skin MMV and TEWL.Conclusion: Compound salvia miltiorrhiza cosmetics has certain anti-aging, moisturizing and repairing effects.
