The Discourse of Hotel Butler Service Delivery in Industry

According to the perspective of the successful operation and management for the enterprise, the organization ought to utilize its approach stems from prudent and rational management as well as the accumulation and allocation of selective resources so that it may keep the sustainability well in industry. Hence, human resource or manpower quality can be the key to creating a competitive advantage in the hospitality industry (Collins, 2007). Recently, the ＂butler＂ has been representing the key signature and symbol of the hotel. Meanwhile, the customers and guests would have a conceptual impression on the image of its organization as being based on the interaction with the specialized butler through the industrial and practical observation. According to above statement, this study mainly attempts to explore the importance and implications for the specialized butler service of the hotel industry; furthermore, it also discourses the relevant contents of butler service delivery thoroughly.

從企業經營管理的成功角度來看，組織運用其方法的原因在於謹慎、合理的管理，以及選擇性資源之累積與配置，使其在行業中保持良好的經營永續性。因此，人力資源或人力素質將會是旅館業創造競爭優勢的主要關鍵（Collins, 2007）。近年來，“管家”是旅館業的主要表徵與形象代表之一；同時，透過企業檢視與實際觀察，顧客會對其組織具有一種概念的形象，即是指與專業管家的互動情形。鑒於上述，本文試圖從餐旅實務角度觀點來探討旅館管家服務的重要性與意涵，進而闡述旅館管家服務之相關內容。
