建構跨組織間組織能力磨合的新經營模式-以「中聯油脂股份有限公司」為例

Understanding Firms' Engagement of Interorganizational Competence - A Case Study of Central Union Oil Corp

摘要


在全球化的今日,商品固然可以迅速地在世界各地流通,但相對的,企業也面臨著越來越嚴峻的競爭環境與壓力,如何去持續維持著高成長、高業績已經是相當不容易的一件事,更甚者即使是開發出新的產品或是新的技術也很容易被其它對手模仿。在此情況下,本研究所要探討的食品製造業也正面臨著相同的情況,而如何去發掘建構企業自己獨特的核心組織能力就愈顯重要,本研究嘗試以核心組織能力之觀點,以個案研究法,探討中聯油脂利用合資模式,如何將原有三家的核心組織能力加以協調整合,以達成建構長期競爭優勢之目標。而在探究跨組織間組織能力的磨合中發現,比起強調單一企業「內部組織能力」的累積,透過「跨組織間組織能力」的磨合,有助於產品創新,提供客戶「創新性價值」,更能帶給企業長期競爭的優勢。本研究建議如同此三家油品製程產業,與其把資源集中於本身核心組織能力的發展,不如尋求核心組織能力足以和自己互相配合,一起成長的組織來合作,藉助開放式的創新平台,以達到互補與互利共榮,盼以提供當前企業所必須正視的一項趨勢。

In globalized today, the commodity may circulate rapidly in the world, but relative, the enterprise is also facing stricter and sterner environment of competition and the pressure. How to maintain the high growth and the high achievement already were continually quite not easy matters. Even worse, it is also simulated very easily by other competitors to develop the new product or the new technology. Under this situation, this research about food manufacturing industry is also facing the same way, but how to excavate and construct unique core organizational capabilities of enterprise is more important. This research attempted viewpoint of by the core organizational capabilities, by the case methodology and discussed Central Union Oil Corp. using joint venture pattern. Try to find out how these original three enterprises coordinated core organizational capabilities and in order to achieve the construction goal of long-term competitive advantages. But in inquires into during the compromise of the interorganizational competence, it is to discovered that compares with the emphasis accumulation 'internal organizational ability of sole enterprise', the compromise by 'the interorganizational competence' is more helpful in the product innovation, the customer innovative value, and the long-term competitive superiority of the enterprise. This research suggests that as these three food manufacturing industries, concentrating with the resources in their own development of the core organizational capabilities, is inferior to that the core organizational capabilities could coordinate mutually, grow together with the aid of the open style innovation platform, and achieve supplementary with the mutually beneficial co-prosperity. It hopes that could provide a tendency which the current enterprise must face up.
