Attracting, cultivating and utilizing talents -Exploring the Mechanism of Talents Sharing, Blending and Building of Great Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao

Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Great Bay Area is an important strategic decision under the international economic competition and talent war. In order to build a talent bay area, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive coordination mechanism, strengthen the top-level design of talent policy, adhere to the guidance of ＂attaching equal importance to education and making the best use of talents＂, combine talent introduction, talent cultivation and talent utilization, and promote the mechanism of Talents sharing, blending and building of Great Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao through cooperation and differential competition among urban agglomerations.
