跨文化背景下的旅游管理本科课程设计研究——以澳门高等教育为例

Research on Undergraduate Curriculum Design of Tourism Management under Cross-cultural Background --Taking higher education in Macao as an example

摘要


作为国际旅游城市,澳门的旅游管理高等教育在跨文化的社会环境中,既结合了本土的产业特色,又具有国际旅游的视野,可对内地特色旅游目的地的高校旅游管理课程设计提供借鉴。同时,旅游管理本科课程设计存在的课程内容重复等问题,在澳门高等教育中也应给予相应的重视,在学生反馈的基础上进行改进。对跨文化背景下的旅游管理本科课程设计的研究,有利于粤港澳大湾区人才培养方案的进一步完善。

As an international tourism city, Macao's tourism management higher education combines local industrial characteristics with international tourism in a cross-cultural social environment. It can provide reference to college tourism management courses for mainland tourism destinations. At the same time, the content of the course in the design of the undergraduate course of tourism management should be given corresponding attention in the higher education in Macao, and improved on the basis of student feedback. The research on the undergraduate course design of tourism management under the cross-cultural background is conducive to the further improvement of the talent training program in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area.
