粤港澳大湾区的粤港办学——基于新制度主义视角的探查

Guangdong-Hong Kong Cooperative Education in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area--From the Perspective of New Institutionalism

摘要


粤港澳大湾区位于国家发展建设的重要地位,当地教育的质量与数量必定是不可忽视的环节。大湾区特殊之处在于包含香港、澳门两个国内的境外城市,在教育合作上更能实现中外的资源整合,为广东注入新的高校教育能量。本文以新制度主义的视角,分析粤港合作办学培养国际人才与建立高校文化的制度合法性问题,以及未来发展部分应同时留意制度变迁后文化认知与政策实践。

As Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area is situated in the significant position of development in our country, the quantity and the quality of education in this area cannot be neglected. The specialty of Greater Bay Area lies in Hong Kong and Macau, which are overseas cities but in our country. According to this, Greater Bay Area is able to integrate Chinese and foreign resources in educational cooperation more effectively and infuses international educational models into Guangdong. Based on new institutionalism, this article analyzes the institutional legitimacy of cultivating international talents and establishing university culture in Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperative education and suggests that both cultural cognition and policies practices are aware of in the future development.
