STUDY ON HOW TO IMPROVE THE TEACHING LEADERSHIP OF UNIVERSITY TEACHERS IN AN ERA OF BIG DATA

摘要


The arrival of the data era has placed new demands on university teaching, brought new challenges in building the teachers' teaching leadership and correspondingly created major changes from traditional concepts to information concepts, from teaching management to teaching leadership, from experience-based to evidence-based, from a single subject to multiple communication. In order to cope with these changes, we need to place great emphasis on the development of teaching leadership, vigorously improve the informatization teaching ability of university teachers, emphasis on teaching leadership training and study the current teaching leadership model in order to improve teaching leadership of university teachers and achieve the healthy development of higher education.
