Official Electronic Mails Management in Government Agencies

摘要


為滿足民眾知的權利,許多國家正積極推動電子化政府,以提供更多政府資訊讓民眾使用。在政府的公務活動中,除了電子公文外,電子郵件的使用也越來越頻繁。因此,電子郵件的管理已成為重要的課題。本文探討電子郵件的意涵、傳輸與標準、電子郵件管理及其相關問題。最後,針對如何妥善管理電子郵件提出建議。

In order to ensure people's right to know, many countries have been actively promoting electronic government to offer more government information for people to use. Besides electronic documents, more and more electronic mails are used to deliver information of public affairs, and how to manage them efficiently has become an important issue. This paper discusses the meaning of electronic mail, electronic mail management, its transmission, related standards and several other problems. Finally, some suggestions in properly managing electronic mails are proposed.
