電子檔案清理及銷毀機制探討
Mechanism for Disposition and Destruction of Electronic Records

The more usage, the more value of electronic records. Owing to the rapid change of computer hardware and software, a suitable mechanism of disposition and destruction can avoid the problems from storage space, maintenance cost and improper deletion. This study investigates those guidances of disposition and destruction in US, British, Canadian, and Australian governments respectively. Accordingly, several suggestions are been made for our government agencies for further reference.
