The Application of Scalable Vector Graphics to Electronic Document Online Approval Systems

摘要


本文介紹一種以國際標準向量圖形為核心技術,實現公文線上簽核的具體做法。該項做法以仿紙化模式設計使用者介面,可以降低使用者排斥感,提高系統上線成功率。此項技術所提供的高度整合能力、效率、安全性、延伸性、以及跨裝置、跨平台、跨瀏覽器的特性,使得在實際的案例中,不僅可在短時間內成功導入系統,並且可延伸開發電子表單與電子檔案附件線上簽核。此外,該項技術產生的文稿電子檔能夠輕易轉換為符合電子檔案長期保存國際標準的格式,有利於長時間保存與跨裝置瀏覽。

This article introduces a realization of official document online approval systems based on an international standard vector graphics format. In such technique, we use paper-like mode to design user-interface so as to reduce user resistance and increase the success rate. This technique provides high integratability, efficiency, security, extensibility, cross-device, cross-platform and cross-browser features so that systems can be implemented in shorter time. In addition, the technique can be extended to electronic forms and document attachments into online approving. Moreover, the generated electronic documents can be easily converted into PDF/A format, and another international standard for long-term preservation of electronic records.
