電子檔案搜尋應用技術之探討

近年來隨著資訊科技的演進，以數位方式保存各式檔案已經變成各國家的標準做法。檔案電子化所帶來的效益除了保存方便之外，另外最大的好處就是可以應用搜尋相關技術找到使用者所關心的相關檔案。本文將探討電子檔案搜尋所遇到的困難，目前檔案管理局機關檔案目錄查詢網Navigating Electronic Agencies' Records（以下簡稱NEAR）系統所採用的系統架構，以及未來電子檔案可能的儲存與應用改良方式。

Using digital methods to preserve government records has become a standard procedure along with the improvement of modern computer technologies in many countries. In addition to the convenience of stored records in electronic formats, we can apply search technology to help users find out the electronic records they need. Not only did the difficulties of searching electronic records occurred within the current NEAR system in National Archives Administration be articulatged, but also the feasibility of further improvements regarding the system architecture, storage distribution and application in the future.
