摘要

“产教融合、产学研一体化”是当今高校人才培养的重要思想。通过产教融合、校企联合培养，学生经过实际的专业工作环境的锻炼，综合素质和就业竞争力得到提高，学校和企业实现“双赢”。基于“产教融合、校企合作”的创新型管理类专业人才培养模式研究将使创新型管理类人才不仅局限于其专业方向，更是在不断的拓宽其专业领域，符合社会与学校的发展趋势。通过改革人才培养方案，优化专业和课程体系，采取多元化创新创业教育内容，推进实践教学，打造实践创新平台，搭建以能力提高为本位的产教融合培养机制，为创新型管理类专业人才培养提供参考和借鉴。
