摘要

在互联网时代大背景下，产生了“互联网+财务”的财务共享服务模式。财务共享使企业资金得到有效的利用，使企业的服务让客户更加满意。通过分析国内外财务共享服务现状，总结关于财务共享服务模式构建前期、财务共享服务中心构建过程、运营过程、以及在这种模式下人员转型等问题，并据此提出相应的优化建议，为部分企业集团应用财务共享服务模式提供决策参考。

Under the background of the Internet era, the financial sharing service mode is the product of the perfect combination of Internet and finance. Financial sharing enables enterprises to make effective use of their funds and make their services more satisfactory to customers. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign financial sharing service research trends. This paper summarizes several problems by analyzing the research dynamics of financial sharing services at home and abroad: The preconstruction of the financial shared service model, the construction process and operation process of the financial shared service center, the transformation of personnel in this mode and other issues. In response to the above problems, some corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed here, such as: optimizing process reengineering, accelerating business integration, etc., hoping to provide reference for some enterprise groups to apply the financial sharing service model.
