摘要

自從進入新世紀以來，隨著美國採取更積極全球佈局，南亞次大陸地緣位置乃逐漸凸顯出來，加上歐巴馬時期推動重返亞洲（Pivot to Asia）戰略，不僅美國拉攏印度之政策方向愈發明顯，尤其中國在2013-15年逐步推動所謂「一帶一路」戰略後，既牽動整體歐亞地緣戰略格局，美國、中國與印度之互動愈發敏感，結果也值得關注；在此，本文將試圖運用地緣政治與戰略三角視野進行初步分析。

Since entering the new century, the South Asian sub-continental attract more and more geopolitical attentions due to US's active global strategy, especially the ＂Pivot to Asia＂ policy in Obama period. Furthermore, US tried to draw India over to her side because China's launched the so-called Belt and Road Initiatives (BRI) since 2013-14. In this paper, we'll focus on the sensitive geopolitical framework among US, China and India around South Asia, and try to analyze their possible interactions through the strategic triangle approach.
