中國大陸對台灣青年統戰模式與特色之研究

A Study on the Model and Characteristics of China's United Front toward Taiwan's Young People

摘要

本文主要的研究問題是中國大陸對台灣青年統戰方式的演變與特色為何？本文運用次級資料分析作為研究問題的回應之法，主要梳理中國大陸官員在相關統戰活動所發表的講話內容，以及地方在落實青年統戰過程所出台的相關手冊文件，歸納出中國大陸對台灣青年統戰的方式與特點。根據本文研究發現顯示，中國大陸對台灣青年統戰方式上，主要有：增加兩岸交流次數與深度、招收台灣學生赴中求學、延攬台灣青年赴中就業與創業、增辦兩岸青年交流營隊、訂定更加利便的台灣人赴中定居條例，希望透過各種交流後，使台灣青年更加了解中國大陸，進而對中國大陸產生熟悉感與好感，並進而被鑲嵌入中國大陸的體制環境中，以加深民族情感，並完成最終統一目標。中國大陸對台灣年輕人統戰特點有：培養光榮感、讓利與誘因、生根中國大陸以及手段方式的權變，這些均顯示中國大陸統戰工作的靈活性與彈性。

The main research question is what characteristics and model of Mainland China's united front toward Taiwan's young people are. This article uses secondary data analysis as a method of responding to research questions, mainly sorting out the content of the speeches made by mainland Chinese officials in relevant United Front activities, and the relevant manual documents issued by the local government in the process of implementing the youth united front. The research findings are as follows: first, finding of ways of China's united front toward Taiwan's young people are increasing in times and depth of cross strait exchange, recruiting Taiwan students to study in China, soliciting young people of Taiwan to start business and employment in China, hosting exchange camps of Taiwan and China's young people, and making laws for Taiwanese people to emigrate more easily to China. Second finding is all ways are implemented for understanding China better, increasing good impression on China, embedding in Chinese society, and building historical ties to mainland China to reach the goal of unification. Third finding is that all united front works are not only absorbing Taiwanese young intellectuals to study and work after graduation or start their own business in China, but shows the flexibility with time.
