Based on the analysis from a Chinese foreign policy perspective, this paper conducts a literature study to analyze the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Chinese government's infrastructure development and global investment in the Belt and Road Initiative. The literature used in this study is official statements from books, journals, electronic media, and qualitative and quantitative sources. This article explores the impact of the coronavirus on China's foreign policy and, more specifically, on the guidelines of the Belt and Road Initiative. At the end of this article, it is reflected that China's "Belt and Road" initiative has shown strong resilience and vitality in the face of the test of the epidemic. Relevant projects continue to advance, and cooperation results have many bright spots, which have become a bright spot in the haze of the epidemic.
