摘要


本研究應用混合現實(MR)分析,如何將設計和實際施作來對應,提高設計審核過程中的有效性,目的是比較混合實境3D立體呈現與傳統圖面的設計檢視方法進行比較。 本研究的42位受試者透過一個原作的建築設計,並隨機被分開為兩個小組;第一個小組透過使用Microsoft HoloLens與Sketchup Viewer軟體,理解本研究建構全息3D模型之內容;第二個小組運用相同模型,讓受試者透過2D平面圖理解設計內容。 研究結果顯示使用MR比2D平面圖理解設計內容較為有效性,本研究的結論也表明在設計檢視階段,應用混合實境可取代實際材料樣品之可行性,尤其是在運用物件材質之外觀,與樣品是否搭配空間設計。 同時,應用MR檢視方法也可達到承包商、營造廠和業主之介面整合較無理解上之差距,尤其是施工階段需變更設計時,更能體現便利性。

This thesis analyzes how mixed reality (MR) can contribute to increase the effectiveness of the design review process through the design and implementation of an experiment. The objective was to compare an MR based design review method to traditional lower tech review approaches. The 42 participants in this study analyzed an original office space renovation design divided into two groups. One group analyzed the design by looking at a holographic 3D model through the use of the Microsoft HoloLens and Sketchup Viewer, and the other used traditional methods that include floorplans and other 2D drawings created with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit. Altogether the study reveals that MR in the design review process is more effective and significant than traditional methods for communicating the architect´s design proposal. Results show that MR has a great potential to replace physical samples while reviewing design changes, especially when analyzing aesthetic characteristics of materials and determining if they harmonize with other materials in the space. At the same time, it could also ease communication between supervisors and contractors while dealing with design related change orders during the construction process, especially during the finishing stages of construction.
