摘要


現今世事變遷迅速,國際流通加速,且工程環境也越來越複雜,加上科技日新月異,營造業面臨更多不同工作類型的挑戰,導致時時面臨轉型提升與持續發展之壓力。所以近年來,營建業國際化已經變成是一個不可避免的趨勢,而日商真正來台投資時是在戰後,當時百廢待舉,政府、民間都持續投入建設,日本政府也積極推行融資等政策支持日本企業進行國際化。 對於一間跨國公司而言,經營一家公司在全球各地的組織活動是一件複雜的事情,因為有太多不確定性以及要考量的因素,每家跨國公司的資歷、進入時機、要投入多少資金及人力、其所擁有的優勢、使用的策略都不盡相同。而營建業又是一地域性的產業,隨著台灣營建產業環境一直快速的變動,許多創新的工法、技術也不斷的出現,因此競爭優勢的來源也不停地轉換。而當競爭優勢無法維持或無法達成時,就會出現新興及補強的策略觀點來解釋這些現象。

Today things change rapidly, the international flow acceleration, and engineering environments are increasingly complex, with the advancement of technology, the construction industry is facing more challenges in different types of work, often under pressure to lead the transformation to enhance and sustainable development. So in recent years, become an international construction industry is an inevitable trend, but after war is Japanese companies truly to invest in Taiwan, many things waiting to be done, civil construction have continued to invest, the Japanese government is also actively pursuing financing Japanese companies such as policy support internationalization. For a multinational company operating in the organization's activities around the world is a complex matter, because there are too many uncertainties and factors to consider, every multinational qualifications, entry timing, how much to invest capital and manpower, they have the advantage, strategy use are different. The construction industry is a regional industry, with Taiwan's construction industry has been rapid changes in the environment, many innovative construction methods, technology is constantly emerge, so the source of competitive advantage does not stop the conversion. When unable to maintain a competitive advantage, or can not be reached, there will be new and reinforced strategic perspective to explain these phenomena.
