隨著社交網路開放成為網際網路的新趨勢,Facebook、Google及Yahoo也相繼推出社交網路開放平台,網際網路龍頭企業在社交網路服務上的種種舉動,引起了許多網站公司朝社交網路發展的興趣,由於發展社交網路服務,可以為網站帶來更多使用者、產生更多流量、提升網站價值,並藉此獲得商機,社交網路所帶來的好處,讓越來越多網站開始考慮發展社交網路服務,或是支援社交網路開放平台。 本研究旨在探討台灣網站如何發展及支援社交網路開放平台,並藉由競爭分析模型,了解社交網路服務參與者間的競合關係,再透過個案分析,說明台灣網站公司支援社交網路開放平台的發展動態,並給予個案公司在發展上的建議。 在探討的過程中發現,目前台灣已支援社交網路開放平台的網站十分稀少,由於台灣市場環境尚未成熟、技術相關文件凌亂、中文應用程式開發商不足等原因,導致網站除了必須摸索出一套讓台灣使用者接受的服務模式,同時還得自行開發社交應用程式。在個案分析的部分,本研究藉由繪製競爭位置圖,了解六家個案公司各自的競爭優勢以及在競爭領域上的表現,並給予不同的建議。最後,本研究整理出網站支援社交網路開放平台應考量的三大因素,包括「資料的開放程度」、「技術實作的容易度」、「企業的策略、公正性及資源」,提供給各個網站公司參考。
The purpose of this research is to concern how internet companies in Taiwan support the social networking platform. Based on co-opetition theory, we can understand the relationship between the participants of the social network service. And through the case analysis, we illustrate the current situation of internet companies that already support the social networking platform, and give some advices to the companies which currently haven’t support any platform. We find that the companies supporting the platform are very rare in Taiwan recently. Because of some reasons, for example, the market is not mature in Taiwan yet, the technical document is messy and the lack of third-party application developers, these internet companies are still searching for a good way to let users accept the new service. Besides, they have to develop the applications by themselves. In this thesis, we also address three major factors which should be considered when the companies choose which platform to support, including "the degree of information openness", "the ease of technology implementation" and "corporate strategy, justice and resources".
