摘要

<利他主義>-是一種精神取向，其原動力來自一種對社會的慈善關懷,其目的是為了提升他人利益或整體社會福祉.在達到目標的過程中,行為者為了成就整體的利益目標,有時即使犧牲自己個人利益,也在所不惜.
本論文探討宗教慈善家的<利他主義>精神.所強調的是一種「以一切眾生為念,以整體利益為先｣的信念,來回應<眾生的需求>,並解決<眾生的痛苦>的犧牲奉獻精神.
首先,我們將透過Ken Wilber <整體論>的系統思考,來探討宗教慈善家<利他主義>精神的整合實踐.並以德蕾莎修女與證嚴法師的典範,來研究<利他主義>創業精神的領導變革與價值創新.
然而,變革始於個人,但需要透過群體力量而為之.<利他主義>精神的整合實踐與價值創新.需要透過組織形態的經營模式,來傳遞其意義與價值.因此,本論文將透過宗教慈善組織的型態,來探討<利他主義>經營模式與整體發展策略.並提出一套整體設計概念.其中包括:如何藉由創新價值主張的<整體解決方案>,並透過發展組織內部的關鍵能力與整合社會外部的整體資源,來創造永續的社會價值.
在個案探討方面,將以1979年諾貝爾和平獎得主-德蕾莎修女所創建的<仁愛傳教修女會>.以及證嚴法師所創立的<慈濟>國際非政府組織為例. 探討其<利他主義>創業精神與經營模式,並與本論文所提出的經營模式的設計概念,做相互印証.
另外,本論文也將探討<社會慈善事業>的創業家精神與經營模式設計.並以2006年諾貝爾和平獎得主Yunus所創建的Grameen Bank(鄉村銀行)窮人微型貸款制度.以及Bill Gates所建立的社會慈善基金會為例,探討其企業經營模式與整體發展策略. Yunus 與 Bill Gates 雖非宗教家,但其慈善家的創業精神,可為<利他主義>企業精神的典範.

Altruism is a kind of spiritual orientation, and its purpose is to enhance the interests of others or the welfare of society as a whole.The topic of Entrepreneurship and Business Model Design For Altruism will be discussed in this paper.
At first, we will explore the altruistic spirit of religious philanthropist by the systematic thinking of Ken Wilber’s Integral Approach. The paradigm of Mother Teresa, and Master Cheng Yen, will be used as a model to illustrate the entrepreneurial spirit of altruism.
In addition to the the altruistic spirit of religious philanthropist, an overall design concept for developing the Business Model of religious and charitable organizations will be demonstrated in this paper- including how to propose the value proposition and develop the total solution for enhancing the social welfare.
In the case studies, some practical cases will be discussed for illustrating the entrepreneurship and business model design for altruism, such as, Yunus who develops the Business Mode of Micro-Fiance in the case of Grameen Bank, and Bill Gates who establishes the operation model in the case of Bill Gates and Melinda Foundation.
