Under the digital blooming era, technology advancement become the first priority when people thinking of transformation, change or innovation. However, perhaps technology is the only subject in the mindset, by acquire newer 5G, App, or IoT could potentially reach the future goals. Company under the digital age seems to force to use App in order to keep the daily business, but the App may not be aligning with their business unit or model. This would not only put business to descending trend, but also will need to increase maintaining costs. For a company who desperately need to transform would just lose hope. Strategy and a guideline was needed when digital transformation is about to happen in the company, and assessment was also necessary before any transformation action was taken. This research would have brief understand on the applicability of Digital Maturity Model Assessment for SMEs in Taiwan. The understanding would provide more insight on what could be adjust for SMEs in Taiwan to embrace the Digital transformation Strategy; in addition, understanding that could build a road-map for SMEs company to find gap and goal and digital matter to consider before implementation.
