校舍隔間磚牆增設複合柱補強之研究

摘要


全國校舍數量龐大,且耐震能力堪虞,補強工法需經濟有效。由真實校舍所進行之現地試驗中發現,當校舍之柱喪失軸向承載能力後,隔間牆將適時扮演重要之傳力角色。遂提出於隔間牆增設複合柱補強之構想,以複合柱前、後夾住隔間磚牆,使含隔間牆之構架在強烈地震擾動下仍能維持其自立性,使校舍不易倒塌,師生性命可獲得保障。為驗證複合柱補強工法之功效,先後執行實驗室之反覆載重試驗及振動台試驗,另為完整呈現老舊校舍真實之材料性質與施工品質等狀況,故藉由待拆校舍增設複合柱補強後,再進行單向側推現地試驗,以驗證本工法於實際校舍之補強效益與可行性。藉由前述三種試驗、共六座試體之試驗結果發現,補強試體在強度與韌性上均獲得有效提昇,顯示補強效益甚佳。 本研究另採用初步評估、簡易側推分析與非線性靜力側推分析等三種方法,針對前述三座未補強試體及三座經複合柱補強之試體進行分析。其中,針對經複合柱補強後之校舍耐震能力評估方法,本研究提出部份建議,使評估結果與試驗結果更為貼近。複合柱補強工法不需拆除門窗,減少廢棄物產生,故複合柱補強為一經濟、有效且環保之補強工法。

Lack of seismic performance is a common problem for a large number of the existing school buildings in Taiwan. Development of effective and economical retrofit method is a stringent issue. Retrofit method by adding sandwich columns onto the partition brick walls has been proposed. In this paper, the feasibility of the proposed method was verified by cyclic loading tests, shaking table tests and in situ tests, including six specimen with and without retrofit. With retrofit, the maximum base shear strength and ductility were increased obviously. In this paper, three kinds of seismic evaluation methods, including the preliminary evaluation, simplified pushover analysis and nonlinear static pushover analysis, were used to evaluate the seismic performance of the six specimen. Because no windows and doors have to be demolished by the proposed method, it is an environment-friendly, economic and efficient retrofit method for seismic upgrading of the existing school buildings.
