Measurement of signal strength of the SM Higgs boson in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy √s =13 $\TeV$ are performed. With events contain the Higgs boson associating with vector boson decays into a pair of leptonic-decay W bosons, there are four final channels, WH2l, WH3l, ZH3l, and ZH4l, to handle the two, three, and four leptons final states respectively. The analysis is based on data collected by the CMS detector at the LHC in 2016, 2017, and 2018, and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of $137.1 \fbinv$. The total Higgs boson signal strength compared to the standard model prediction is measured to $1.85^{+0.47}_{-0.44}$.
