現今日本企業體育之研究

2000年雪梨奧運代表團中企業所屬選手佔了48%，而2016年里約奧運則佔43%，可得知日本企業體育在奧運代表團中佔有一席之地。本文中企業體育的定義為企業所屬之隊伍、選手參加技競技團體所辦理全國或地方賽事等，以對外競技為目的的體育活動(實業團或社會競技)。故本論文研究目的為藉由資料及文獻分析擬定論文假說，使用日本企業體育的營運策略分析以及實地訪談(三菱重工長崎英式橄欖球隊)推論日本企業體育的經營型態並驗證假說，從中找出台灣現行體育中可以學習的地方。研究結果發現，日本企業體育的發展和日本的經濟發展息息相關，但在泡沫經濟後，企業體育隊伍相繼休廢部，日本企業球隊因而開始發展新的形態，促成地區合作共同經營的地區合作型隊伍的產生，減輕了企業在隊伍營運的負擔，且達成企業社會貢獻的目的。然而企業體育的未來是否會隨著職業隊伍的增加而轉向職業化，或者是維持業餘的型態，並利用社會貢獻的方式與地方共存，是值得繼續研究及探討的地方。

The 48% of the players who represented Japan to participate in Sydney Olympics (2000) belong to Japanese companies, and there are 43% in Rio Olympic Games (2016), therefore we can know that the corporate sports holds a place in Japan Olympic Team. The definition of corporate sports is that players who belong to enterprises participate in the local or national contest which is organized by the athletic organization, and the sports activity that aims to competition. The purpose of this research is to collect data and use Document Analysis to develop a thesis hypothesis, then using Operation Strategy Analysis and interview to understand the Business Model of Japan corporate sports and verify the hypothesis. Finally, we hope to find some advantages that Taiwan can learn from Japan. We find that the development of Japan corporate sports is related to Japan economic development. Many teams of Japan corporate sports are disbanded after the burst of the economic bubbles, therefore Japan corporate sports has to develop a new form that managing the team with the community together, in order to reduce the burden and achieve the goal that making contributions to society. Thus, will Japan corporate sports become professional sports or still are amateur and coexist with community through making contributions to society may be a question that need to study in the future.
