日本與台灣糧食安全、食品安全及食育的比較研究

摘要


「人是鐵、飯是鋼」一頓不吃餓的發慌,所以吃是一件很重要的事。它牽涉到的層面很廣。如糧食的量足夠嗎?食物的品質安全嗎?食物的營養充足嗎?這一連串的問題,要靠學習才會知道明瞭,這就是教育的功能。 參考過往文獻相關資料彙理後,將台灣與日本在糧食安全的問題、食品安全的問題、飲食教育的問題,相同、相異處提出來,並且給與適當建議。其目的是希望每個人重視自己的健康,以免病痛纏身。

"People are iron, rice is the steel," do not eat a meal hungry tears, so eating is a very important thing. It involves a very wide level. As a sufficient amount of food it? Quality of the food safe? Nutritionally adequate food it? This series of questions, to rely on learning will know to understand, this is the function of education. After the reference to the historical literature relevant information Agricole, Taiwan and Japan in the food security problem, the problem of food , dietary education issues, the same deviations proposed, and give appropriate recommendations to its purpose is to pay attention to everyone their health to avoid illness residual body.
