摘要

“一帶一路”-BRI是中國政府於2013年通過的一項全球基礎設施發展戰略，投資於近70個國家和國際組織。 它被認為是中國共產黨總書記和習近平主席外交政策的基石。 “一帶”是指沿西部地區著名的歷史貿易路線通過內陸中亞的公路和鐵路運輸的擬議陸路路線。 至於“路”，“21世紀海上絲綢之路”簡稱“印太海上航線”，即經東南亞通往南亞、中東、非洲的印太海上航線。

Belt and Road -BRI is a global infrastructure development strategy adopted by the Chinese government in 2013 to invest in nearly 70 countries and international organizations. It is considered the cornerstone of the foreign policy of the secretary general of the communist party of China and president Xi Jinping. "Belt" refers to the proposed overland routes for road and rail transport through landlocked central Asia along the famous historic trade routes of the western regions. As for the "Road," the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road" refers briefly to the Indo-Pacific sea routes to south Asia, the middle east and Africa via southeast Asia.
