本研究主要探討淡江大學的大學生在社交自我效能、社會支持與社交焦慮之現狀與三者之間的關係。 本研究以淡江大學之大學生共 452 位為研究對象,採用問卷調查法作為資料蒐集方法,所使用的研究工具包括社交自我效能量表、社會支持量表與社交焦慮量表。所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析以及多元迴歸分析等方式作資料的分析。本研究之研究結果歸納如下: 一、淡江大學生整體而言具有中等程度以上的社交自我效能與社會支持以及接近中等的社交焦慮。 二、淡江大學生的社交自我效能程度在性別、年級與居住狀況都無顯著差異。 三、淡江大學生的社會支持程度在不同年級無顯著差異;但在不同性別及居住狀況有顯著差異,女性及住學生宿舍的淡江大學生顯著大於男性及與家人同住的淡江大學生。 四、淡江大學生的社交焦慮程度在不同年級及居住狀況無顯著差異;但在不同性別有顯著差異,女性淡江大學生的社交焦慮程度顯著大於男性。 五、社交自我效能與社會支持的關係呈現的互相顯著正相關;社交自我效能及社會支持與社交焦慮的關係呈現顯著負相關。 六、社交自我效能中的效能預期對社交焦慮有顯著的正向預測力。 七、社會支持對社交焦慮無顯著的預測力。 根據以上研究結果與發現,本研究進一步提供實務上以及未來研究上的建議。
This study mainly explores the relationship between social self-efficacy, social support and social anxiety of Tamkang University Students. This study used 452 Tamkang University Students as the sample, and the data collection was conducted through questionnaires by using research tools as social self-efficacy scale, social support scale and social anxiety scale. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis,multiple regression analysis. This study’s result was shown as below: 1.Tamkang University Students overall have a moderately high degree of social self-efficacy and social support, and nearly moderate degree of social anxiety. 2.There are no gender, grade and living status significant differences in social self-efficacy among Tamkang University Students. 3.There is no grade significant differences in social support, but there are gender and living status significant differences among Tamkang University Students. The female students and students living in student dormitories’ social support degree is significantly higher than the male students and students living with family. 4.There is no grade and living status significant differences in social anxiety, but there is gender significant difference among Tamkang University Students. The female students’ social anxiety degree is significantly higher than the male students. 5.Social self-efficacy has significantly positive correlation with social support.Social self-efficacy and social support have significantly negative correlation with social anxiety. 6.Efficacy expectation in social self-efficacy has significantly positive predictability with social anxiety. 7. Social support has no significantly predictability with social anxiety. Based on the above results and findings, this study offers further practical recommendations for future research.
