運用遠距課程教學模式之學生學習動機研究--以雙北地區大學為例

摘要


網路媒體時代興起,遠距課程也越來越受到各大學校院的重視。遠距課程不但教學環境無限制,連帶教材、考試等都可以在遠距教學平台上實施與完成。自2020年COVID-19病毒迅速蔓延全世界,因應疫情緊繃狀態,教育部及大專院教教師運用遠距教學模式更顯重要。紛紛開設各類型遠距課程,提供學生安心就學方案,避免學生學習權益受損,且維護學生健康與安全,遠距課程無疑是當前因應此疫情的最佳選擇。 本研究目的旨在探討大學遠距課程使用現況及調查修習遠距課程的學生之學習動機、遠距教學設備及課程進行中,師生、同儕互動的情形。主要目的有: 一、探討大學遠距教學模式,影響學習者學習動機因素。 二、檢視大學遠距教學模式中,遠距課程各構面的相關程度解析。 三、分析大學遠距教學課程中,學習者個人面項在各構面認同度之差異分析。 本研究針對台北市、新北市,有教育學院並有遠距課程之四所大學學生進行研究,採量化研究法,透過Google表單製作問卷發放並統計,經由t-test檢定、描述型統計、One-way ANOVA、迴歸分析等分析資料。 分析結果顯示: 一、遠距課程學習者以「遠距課程科目說明」構面認同度最高。 二、遠距課程學習者對於遠距教學科目說明中「課程作業繳交方式、繳交時間有清楚說明」的認同度為最高。 三、遠距課程學習者因背景變項的不同,在部分構面皆達顯著差異。 四、遠距課程學習者在學習評量,課程說明,師生互動,平台功能四項自變數對學習動機有正相關。 五、遠距課程中實施影片分享與案例討論讓學習者覺得有所幫助。

With the emergence of the Internet media era, distance courses are becoming more and more important to universities and colleges. The distance courses are not only unlimited in the teaching environment, but also teaching materials and exams can be implemented and completed on the distance teaching platform. Since the COVID-19 virus has spread rapidly around the world in 2020, in response to the tightness of the epidemic, it is more important for teachers of the Ministry of Education and colleges to use the remote teaching model. Various types of distance courses have been opened to provide students with peace-of-mind education programs, to avoid damage to students' learning rights, and to protect students' health and safety. Distance courses are undoubtedly the best choice for responding to this epidemic. The purpose of this research is to explore the current use of distance courses in universities and investigate the learning motivation of students who take distance courses, distance teaching equipment and course progress, and the interaction between teachers, students and peers. The main purposes are: 1. Explore the university's distance teaching model and the factors that affect learners' learning motivation. 2. Examine the analysis of the degree of correlation of various aspects of distance courses in the university distance teaching model. 3. Analyze the differences in the degree of recognition of learners in various aspects in distance teaching courses in universities. This research is aimed at students from four universities in Taipei City and New Taipei City, which have educational colleges and distance courses. Quantitative research methods are adopted. Questionnaires are made and distributed through Google Forms and counted. They are verified by t-test, descriptive statistics, and One -way ANOVA, regression analysis and other analysis data. The analysis result shows: 1. Distance course learners have the highest recognition with the "distance course subject description" aspect. 2. The learners of distance courses have the highest degree of recognition for "the way and time of course work are clearly stated" in the description of distance teaching subjects. 3. The learners of distance courses have significant differences in some aspects due to different background variables. 4. Distance course learners are learning assessment, course description, teacher-student interaction, four independent variables of platform function There is a positive correlation with learning motivation. 5. The implementation of video sharing and case discussion in distance courses makes learners feel helpful.
