The study is a narrative research, with purposive sampling and semi-structured interview adopted. Two teachers who participated in “The island's Collective Memories Project” were invited as respondents to share their teaching experience in the project, and used narrative research as the concept of research methods to conduct data collection and data analysis. Both respondents were art teachers working in the school field. The purpose of this study is to understand the teachers' experience in the process of participating in this project, and to record the course of teaching action and experience through out the study. Based on narrative analysis, the conclusions are as follows: (a) If teachers want to cultivate “The island's Collective Memories Project” for a long time, they must find the inner motivation and calling of teachers; (b) Teachers participating in“The island's Collective Memories Project” start from their own experience and accompany students to get close to their life experience; (c) Teachers can experience the positive interaction of various social units by participating in “The island's Collective Memories Project”; (d) Teachers will get a touching feedback loop by participating in the“The island's Collective Memories Project”.
