新北市國小代理代課教師之個人背景、專業認同與教學效能關聯性之研究

A Study of the Relationships surrounding Personal Background, Professional Identity and Teaching Efficiency of Substitute Teachers in New Taipei City’s Elementary Schools

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小代理代課教師的教師專業認同、與教學效能之相關性。本研究採用問卷調查法,以109學年度新北市國小代理代課教師為研究對象,以自編之「代理代課教師專業認同量表」和「代理代課教師教學效能量表」為研究工具進行問卷調查,共發放600份正式問卷,回收有效問卷共524份。並將調查所得資料,以描述性統計、推論性統計、相關分析與迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。 本研究結果如下: 一、新北市國小代理代課教師的專業認同與教學效能屬中上程度。 二、新北市國小代理代課教師其背景變項與專業認同有顯著差異。 三、新北市國小代理代課教師其背景變項與教學效能有顯著差異。 四、新北市國小代理代課教師的專業認同與教學效能存在顯著正相 關關係。 五、新北市國小代理代課教師的專業認同對教學效能具有預測力。 綜合上述研究結果,分別對學校與代理代課教師提出相關建議,並提供後續研究者未來研究可行之方向。

This research aims to explore the relationship between the professional identity and teaching efficiency of substitute teachers in elementary schools. This research was conducted by use of questionnaire investigation. The questionnaire was designed for substitute teachers in New Taipei City’s elementary schools in 2020 academic year. Two researcher-developed scales, "Professional Identity Scale for Substitute Teachers" and "Teaching Efficiency Scale for Substitute Teachers" were used as research tools to conduct the questionnaire. A total of 600 questionnaires were issued and 524 effective questionnaires were collected (87.3% of return rate). The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The conclusions are as follows: 1.Professional identity and teaching efficiency of substitute teachers in New Taipei City’s elementary schools is rated middle-high level. 2.Personal background and professional identity of substitute teachers in New Taipei City’s elementary schools are significantly correlated. 3.Personal background and teaching efficiency of substitute teachers in New Taipei City’s elementary schools are significantly correlated. 4.Professional identity of substitute teachers in New Taipei City’s elementary schools show affirmative relations to their teaching efficiency. 5.Professional identity of substitute teachers in New Taipei City’s elementary schools may explain their teaching efficiency. Based on the above-mentioned research results, recommendations to schools and substitute teachers are proposed. The results are also available to future researchers.
