員工對行動會議室使用行為之研究:整合勞動力彈性化及對COVID-19恐懼的UTAUT模型

摘要


在全球受COVID-19疫情肆虐的黑暗時刻,臺灣的疫情雖不若世界其他國家嚴峻,但仍無法置身事外。自2020年起,企業為兼顧防疫,實施分流與居家辦公,且須維持住與疫情發生前相去不遠的量能,行動會議室(視訊會議軟體)的用戶數及使用頻率大幅增長,成為近期全球企業營運必備的工具軟體之一。 本研究針對COVID-19疫情發生前、後的時間點,對象為行動會議室的使用者,採用整合性科技接受使用模型中的四項變數(績效期望、努力期望、社會影響、有利條件)與勞動力彈性化理論,做為本研究架構的基礎,探討使用者在「對於COVID-19的恐懼」之情況下、影響行為意圖以及使用行為之關鍵性因素,且以Likert五點式量表製作網路問卷,抽樣方法採便利抽樣,共蒐集578份有效樣本。研究結果顯示:疫情發生前,績效期望、社會影響及對COVID-19的恐懼對於行為意圖皆有顯著影響;有利條件對於使用行為有顯著影響;疫情發生後,績效期望、勞動力彈性化及對COVID-19的恐懼對於行為意圖有顯著影響;行為意圖對於使用行為有顯著正向影響。

At a time of darkness around the world, when the COVID-19 pandemic is raging, Taiwan's pandemic is not as severe as the rest of the world, but it is still impossible to stay out of the world. Since 2020, in order to take into account the epidemic prevention, the implementation of diversion and home work, and the need to maintain the amount of energy not far from before the outbreak of the epidemic, the number of users and frequency of mobile meeting rooms (video conferencing software) have increased significantly, becoming one of the tools and software necessary for global enterprise operations in the near future. Prior to the pandemic, performance expectancy, social influence, and fear of COVID-19 all had a significant impact on behavioral intention; enabling conditions had a significant impact on usage behavior; after the pandemic, performance expectancy, labor flexibility, and fear of COVID-19 had a significant impact on behavioral intention; and behavioral intention had a significant positive impact on usage behavior. This study aims at the time points before and after the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, targets users in the action conference room, and uses integrated technology to accept the four variables in the use model (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions) and labor flexibilization theory as the basis of the research structure, In the case of "fear of COVID-19", the key factors affecting the behavior intention and usage behavior of users were discussed, and an online questionnaire was produced using the Likert five-point scale, and the sampling method was used to facilitate sampling, and a total of 578 valid samples were collected. The results of the study show that: Prior to the pandemic, performance expectancy, social influence, and fear of COVID-19 all had a significant impact on behavioral intention; facilitating conditions had a significant impact on usage behavior; after the pandemic, performance expectancy, labor flexibility, and fear of COVID-19 had a significant impact on behavioral intention; and behavioral intention had a significant positive impact on usage behavior.
