論文提要內容:本研究主題為探討創新、激勵及學習型知識管理系統對工作績效影響之研究。利用文獻探討與實證方式,針對Z電子製造業公司員工進行調查,期透過本研究,找出影響工作績效,以及不同人口統計變項與學習型知識管理系統之間關係,以提供管理單位提升員工工作績效之參考。本研究採便利取樣之問卷調查法,針對Z電子製造業公司之員工,進行研究調查,有效問卷共135份。經過因素分析、單因子變異數分析與Sheffe法分析後,研究結果顯示如下:一、創新和激勵對學習型知識管理系統有部分顯著影響。二、學習型知識管理系統對工作績效有顯著影響。三、不同的創新和激勵在學習型知識管理系統有部分顯著差異。四、不同的人口統計變項學習型知識管理系統有部分顯著差異。五、創新和激勵對工作績效的影響會因學習型知識管理系統之不同而有部分差異。
Abstract: This research emphasizes at how do innovation, motivation and learning knowledge management system influence the employee’s work performance. By literature exploring and using empirical survey methods with the Z Electric Manufacturing Company Employees, we investigate factors that affect the organizational behavior, and various relationships among demographic variables, work performance and other variables. This research enhances the management unit ability of increasing employees’ work performance. This research adopts the convenient questionnaire survey and the samples are Z Electric Manufacturing Company employees. The valid samples are 135 employees. After factor analysis and one-way ANOVA, Scheffe method is used to perform analysis, the main results showed as follows: 1. Innovation, motivation, and learning knowledge management system cause a partially significant impact on learning knowledge management system. 2. The learning knowledge management system causes a significant impact on work performance. 3. There are partially significant differences in learning knowledge management system with different innovation and motivation. 4. Employees with different demographic variables will have partially differences in the learning knowledge management system. 5. The cause-effect between innovation, motivation, and work performance will be partially influenced by the learning knowledge management system.
