習近平強軍夢下兵役制度之研究(2012-2016年)

本論文研究目的包含「瞭解習近平主政時期2012-2016年強軍夢下兵役制度之歷史背景」等四項，藉由研究中共兵役制之歷史演進、改革因素以及內涵與發展各層面運用情形，以及所造成後續兵役制度改革影響等等，著眼於習近平主政時期強軍夢下戰爭觀的調整與中共新軍事事務革命的衝擊等面向。本論文所蒐集之相關參考資料區分為「中文專書」、「英文專書」兩部分；「中文專書」依主題與內容，區分為「對強軍夢下兵役制度改革的論述有關之專書」、「兵役制度論述有關之專書」、「中國新軍事事務革命之探討專書」、「與本論文研究有關之期刊與論文」等四項。本文研究題目，以國內外現有相關文獻之研究成果，供撰者文獻評析研究所需之參考資料，期能深入主題，發掘習近平時期強軍夢下兵役制度的內容、影響與結論(包含「總結與檢討」、「心得與啟示」、「未來發展與研究建議」等三部分)。藉由本論文之研究的經驗與心得，作為提供我國軍對中共兵役制度沿革、改革情形之參考。另外藉由本論文之研究成果，希冀本研究之完成，能提供後續研究參考。

The purpose of this paper is to include “Understanding the historical background in Mr. Xi Jingping’s power development of military affair in 2012-2016”four elements and so on. By studying the historical evolution progress of CPC’s military service system; reform factors, pattern, and the application of the content; and the influence of the subsequent military service reform etc. to focus on the adjustment of the concept of war and the impact of the new military affairs revolution of the CPC during the period of Xi Jingping’s reign. The relevant reference data collected in this paper are distinguished as “Chinese Reference Book” and “English Reference Book”. In part of “Chinese Reference Book” that differentiated four parts by the research theme and content, which are the disclosure of power development of military affairs; the disclosure of military service system; the evolution of reform military affairs; and journal paper and thesis that related to this paper. In this paper, the research results of the relevant literatures for authors ’literatures review and analysis that can be concluded in 3 parts which are summary and review; experiences and inspiration and future development and research recommendation. With the research results of this paper is to provide a reference to R.O.C. military strategic plans to CPC military. In addition, hope this study may provide follow-up research reference.
