網目再生器熱流特性實驗探討

摘要


本文使用史特靈製冷機再生器量測平台,在溫度維持在攝氏100度與零下10度的固定溫度環境下,對單一與組合孔隙之再生器進行測試,分別以單吹與振盪流實驗,量測再生器之壓力差、流量與溫度分佈本研究採用300目、400目、500目單一不銹鋼網目,組合再生器分別採用三種網目300 / 400 / 500目、500 / 400 / 300目兩種排序,並對再生器進行流力與熱傳特性評估,其中以300 / 400 / 500目組合再生器之平均有效度0.988為最佳。

In this paper, the Stirling refrigerator regenerator test bench is used to measure homogeneous and hybid mesh regenerators’ pressure drop, flow rate and temperature distribution by sigle blow and oscillating flow test respectively, under a constant temperature environmen of 100°C and -10°C. Each homogeneous regenerator is made of a wire mesh number of 300 , 400 and 500. Two hybrid regenerators are made of the combination of three kinds of wire mesh numbers 300/400/500 mesh and 500/400/300 mesh in order.The flow and heat transfer characteristics of the regenerators are evalated. Among them, the average effectiveness of the 300/400/500 hybrid mesh regenerator is 0.988 as the best.
