新北市國民中學代理代課教師工作壓力與工作適應關係之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討新北市國民中學代理代課教師工作壓力與工作適應關係之現況及其之間的關係，並綜合研究結果與發現提出具體建議，作為未來教育行政機關及後續研究者的參考。本研究以問卷調查法為主要研究方法，首先蒐集相關文獻，探討教師工作壓力及工作適應的概念內涵與理論基礎，據以建立研究架構，作為實徵性問卷編製與調查實施之依據，然後實施自編之「新北市國民中學代理代課教師工作壓力與工作適應關係之研究調查問卷」進行調查。
問卷調查之對象為新北市國民中學代理代課教師，獲得有效樣本 279 份。調查結果以平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法，進行資料處理分析。經歸納研究結果，獲致下列結論：
一、 新北市國民中學代理代課教師所感受之工作壓力程度屬於「中等程度」。
二、新北市國民中學代理代課教師所感受之工作適應程度屬於「中高程度」
三、新北市國民中學代理代課教師在年齡、擔任職務及學校規模方面與工作壓力有顯著差異。
四、新北市國民中學代理代課教師在年齡及年資方面與工作適應有顯著差異。
五、新北市國民中學代理代課教師工作壓力與工作適應具有明顯的負相關。

依據上述結論，本研究對教育行政機關、學校行政單位及新北市國民中學代理代課教師提出若干建議，俾供相關人士與未來研究之參考。

Abstract:
This study aimed to explore the relationship among work-related stress and work adjustment
between junior high school substitute teachers in New Taipei City. Questionnaires assessing junior high school substitute teachers’ work-related stress and work adjustment were completed by 279 junior high school substitute teachers in New Taipei City. Findings of the study were as follow:
1. New Taipei City Junior High School substitute teachers reported a medium degree of work-related stress.
2. New Taipei City Junior High School substitute teachers reported a medium to high degree of work adjustment.
3. There are significant difference in New Taipei City Junior High School substitute teachers’ work-related stress based on age, position and school size of the junior high school.
4. There are significant differences in New Taipei City Junior High School substitute teachers’ work adjustment based on age and years profession.
5. New Taipei City Junior High School substitute teachers’ work-related stress was negatively to work adjustment.

The study concluded with several suggestions for improving junior high school substitute teachers’ work-related stress and work adjustment.
