本研究針對托嬰中心的托育人員及幼兒園教保服務人員,在工作上的負荷及壓力希望能減輕,家長也能及時藉由APP了解幼兒所有狀況,另外針對主管也能藉由系統化的管理,更能有效率的服務家長,進而設計實踐了這個智慧托育系統。 此套系統包含五個子系統,分別是親子館托嬰中心行政營運平台、虐嬰虐童人工智慧偵測系統、嬰幼兒睡眠安全與健康管理系統、娃娃車GPS安全系統及物聯網App電子聯絡簿,五大系統藉由物聯網的裝置把托嬰中心及幼兒園需要重複量測的工具,由物聯網自動量測上傳且收集數據,甚至對一些異常狀況能夠提供警訊也使得現場工作人員工作壓力能夠大幅減少,且有一小部分開始運用AI的技術,同時也使得托嬰中心及幼兒園負責人或營運管理的主管壓力大幅降低。 此研究也藉由POC及POS驗證得出確實得到一些幫助,目前新北市、台北市、桃園市、台中市、高雄市、新竹市及新竹縣15家公私立托嬰中心和16家幼兒園進行開發修正,進入POS之壓力測試階段。

This research has also been verified by POC and POS. It has indeed received some help. Currently, 15 public and private childcare centers and 16 kindergartens in New Taipei City, Taipei City, Taoyuan City, Taichung City, Kaohsiung City, Hsinchu City and Hsinchu County are under development.
