應用模流分析探討產品於傳統及異形水路之差異

摘要


“宗瑋工業股份有限公司”是間利用射出成形製程生產塑膠產品之公司,而射出成形製程中模具設計為重要環節之一,傳統的模具設計或加工上,須透過現場進行反覆的修模及試模,多數皆為依靠現場加工師傅與技術人員的經驗,然而這樣的製程方式,過程中不免浪費掉許多能源、人力、金錢與時間成本。為避免過度的消耗成本,現今的模具設計上,會配合使用電腦輔助模擬分析(CAM),能夠大幅的降低成本,同時也能使模具設計達到最佳化。 於”宗瑋工業”中,模具設計的水路形式包含:傳統水路及異形水路,傳統水路的製造方式多以人工鑽孔的製造而成;異形水路則使用金屬積層製造中的雷射激光燒結技術而成,將金屬粉末均勻鋪於金屬工件上,透過雷射光使金屬粉末燒結凝固並層層疊加。本研究目的為,透過電腦模擬分析技術(CAM),使用業界中常見的模流分析軟體 ”Moldex 3D”,針對同一項產品之模具水路形式,分別為傳統水路及異形水路,分析兩種水路於充填、保壓、冷卻、翹曲等步驟中,兩者差異為何,於實際生產過程,將成形品可能發生的缺陷或問題提出探討,同時也將整合冷卻水路及金屬積層製造技術。

Grand Dynasty Industrial Co.,Ltd. is a company that uses the injection molding process to produce plastic products. Mold design is an important part of the injection molding process. Traditional mold design or processing requires repeated mold repairs and trials on site. Most of the molds rely on the experience of on-site processing masters and technicians. However, such a process method inevitably wastes a lot of energy, manpower, money and time costs. In order to avoid excessive consumption costs, today’s mold design will With the use of computer-aided simulation analysis (CAM), the cost can be greatly reduced, and the mold design can be optimized at the same time. In " Grand Dynasty Industrial Co.,Ltd ", the cooling forms of the mold design include: normal cooling channels and conformal cooling channels. Normal cooling channels manufacturing methods are mostly made by manual drilling; the conformal cooling channels uses laser sintering technology in metal additive manufacturing. The metal powder is evenly spread on the metal workpiece, and the metal powder is sintered and solidified through the laser light and stacked layer by layer. The purpose of this research is to use computer simulation analysis technology (CAM) and use mold flow analysis software "Moldex 3D", which is common in the industry, to analyze the mold cooling channels of the same product, which are traditional cooling channels and special-shaped cooling channels. What is the difference between the steps of filling, holding pressure, cooling, and warping? In the actual production process, the defects or problems that may occur in the molded product will be discussed, and the cooling water circuit and metal laminate manufacturing technology will also be integrated.
