從事家庭暴力相對人處遇網絡之心理師跨域合作及困境探究

摘要


本研究從實務工作、專業困境、跨域層面三向度進行探究。研究者透過立意取樣方式,邀請三位心理師分享執業經驗,並採取敘說探究作為研究方法之概念,進行資料蒐集與資料分析。三位受訪者在家庭暴力領域執業皆已達十年、十五年、二十年,對於場域具有一定熟悉度,並已發展出因應專業挑戰之方式。本文之研究目的,為歸納出執行家庭暴力相對人處遇之心理師實務工作歷程、困境及跨域合作經驗,研究結果如下:一、專業人員具有性別差異,女性處遇人員在訓練過程以及處遇過程中可能會遭遇較多困境;二、專業進修、督導與專業同儕可增進專業訓練與普同感;三、團體共同帶領者可形成特殊的支持作用,倘若能發展出固定的共同帶領者,將可提升調節之功能;四、處遇人員之核心信念存在兩種模式,不同模式的選擇將對處遇工作產生偌大影響;五、來自案主的語言直接回饋,最能增進專業人員對於工作之熱忱度,且可增進法官對於判處處遇之意願;六、部分被害人在某方面也是相對人,如果能強制安排課程,要求被害人參與,或許更有助於調解與改善整體伴侶關係;七、基於經費、時間與其他因素之考量,除法官處遇判定率下降外,原設定放置於鑑定處遇機制之資源遭省略機率逐漸增高;八、價值觀會影響後續對於工作場域之選擇,以及對於案主之接納程度;九、增添非工作關係之情誼,可增加工作間的網絡順暢度,且可提升網絡間之工作效率;十、當專業人員具備較高專業認同度時,將有較高意願使用個人、專業、跨域三層面來尋求困境之調適,因此,提升專業認同程度是為面對困境之有效因子之一。

This study explored three dimensions: practical work, professional difficulties, and interdisciplinary aspects. Through purposive sampling, the researcher invited three psychologists to share their experience in professional practice. In addition, with the concept of narrative inquiry adopted as the research method, data was collected and analyzed. Three respondents have been practicing in the field of domestic violence for 10 years, 15 years, and 20 years. They are to a certain degree familiar with the field, and they have developed ways to cope with challenges in the profession. The purpose of this study is to summarize the practical work history, difficulties, and interdisciplinary collaboration experiences of psychologists in implementing the domestic violence respondents treatment programs. The results are as follows: 1. The professionals show gender differences. Female treatment personnel may encounter more difficulties during the training process and treatment process; 2. Professional training, supervision, and professional peers can enhance professional training and universality; 3. The co-leaders of the group can form special professional and support roles. If a fixed co-leader can be developed, the modulation function can be enhanced; 4. Two modes exist in the core beliefs of treatment personnel. The selection of either mode will exert a great influence on treatment work; 5. Feedback directly coming from the case can enhance the professionals’ degree of work enthusiasm, as well as the judge’s treatment conviction; 6. Some victims are to a certain extent respondents. If compulsory courses can be scheduled for victims to participate, the courses will aid in mediation and improve the overall partnership; 7. Considering the funding, time, and other factors, unless the judge’s treatment conviction rate decreases, the ratio of omission of resources originally set to be placed in the appraisal treatment mechanism will gradually increase; 8. Values will affect subsequent choices of the work field and the level of acceptance toward the case; 9. The inclusion of non-work related friendships can enhance the smoothness of the network into the workplace, thereby enhancing network efficiency; 10. When professionals show higher recognition toward professional identity, they will be more willing to seek to adapt difficulties through three aspects: personal, professional, and interdisciplinary aspects. Therefore, the degree of recognition toward professional identity is one of the factors demonstrating effectiveness when faced with difficulties.
