中共海軍航艦發展及影響：以艦儎機戰力為例(2012-2021)

進入21世紀，各國皆致力投入在全新的海洋戰略及海軍建設上，中共海軍自上世紀末開始積極建設，尤其對於航艦發展更是備受外界關注。不同於各式水面艦的服役，航艦的誕生代表國家戰略的轉變、軍工實力的展現與大國自信的崛起，其戰力形成將有可能改變臺海區域，甚至全球海權態勢。本文透過歷史文獻分析法，從探討海權轉變到對於航艦的需求，針對解放軍航艦戰力及其影響力進行分析，透過艦體性能延伸至艦儎機打擊能量，了解現階段中共如何遂行海權角色，以及對我威脅及影響，期能對相關後續航艦研究，起到拋磚引玉之效。

In the 21st century, all countries are committed to investing in new maritime strategies and the construction of naval forces.The PRC navy has been actively building up since the end of the last century,and the development of aircraft carriers has attracted much attention from the international society.Different from the service of various surface ships,the birth of an aircraft carrier represents the transformation of national strategy,showing the military industrial strength and the rise of confidence in major powers.The formation of its combat power may change the situation of the Taiwan Strait and even the global sea power. This thesis adopted the method of document analysis, discussing issues from the change of sea power to the demand for ships,analyzing the combat capability and influence of the People’s Liberation Army’s ships, and extends the performance of the ship’s hull to the attack power of the aircraft to understand how the CCP is performing at this stage.The role of sea power, as well as the threat and influence on our side,are expected to play an important role in the study of related follow-up ships.
