This study mainly explores the impact of COVID-19 on the economic and trade practices of various countries and the development of international trade after the pandemic, and uses literature to discuss, compare with actual cases, identify actual different, propose suggestions and propose improvements. After the pandemic, the impact on all countries, with the One Belt and One Road Initiative launched by China as the focus of discussion, in the One Belt and One Road policy, attracted investment from many countries, but in recent years, more and more news has broken out, although it was very smooth in the early stage, but now many participating countries are even difficult to repay interest, coupled with the impact of the pandemic, the impact should be very large. The study also uses the international trade practice of white sugar to introduce and compare it with the general international trade process using the purchase of white sugar from Malaysia to the sale in China.
