摘要

本研究主要探討，COVID-19 對各國的經濟、貿易實務影響與研究疫情後國際貿易的發展，並利用文獻探討進行討論，再利用實際案例進行比對，找出實際上的差距，給予建議並提出改善。疫情後在對各國的影響中，以中國為主推出的一帶一路為討論重點，在一帶一路的政策當中，吸引了許多國家的投資，但這幾年爆發出的新聞，越來越多，雖然在前期非常順利，但到現在許多參與國甚至連利息都難以償還，加上疫情的影響，影響應該是非常大的。本研究也利用白砂糖之國際貿易實務進行介紹，並利用馬來西亞白砂糖購買至中國銷售進行與一般國際貿易流程進行比較。

This study mainly explores the impact of COVID-19 on the economic and trade practices of various countries and the development of international trade after the pandemic, and uses literature to discuss, compare with actual cases, identify actual different, propose suggestions and propose improvements. After the pandemic, the impact on all countries, with the One Belt and One Road Initiative launched by China as the focus of discussion, in the One Belt and One Road policy, attracted investment from many countries, but in recent years, more and more news has broken out, although it was very smooth in the early stage, but now many participating countries are even difficult to repay interest, coupled with the impact of the pandemic, the impact should be very large. The study also uses the international trade practice of white sugar to introduce and compare it with the general international trade process using the purchase of white sugar from Malaysia to the sale in China.
