諮商學習者對母女關係經驗之探討- 從自身個案反思開始

摘要


本研究旨要探討諮商學習者母女關係之經驗探討-從自身個案反思開始,採用質性研究中半結構式訪談方式進行。研究者以立意取樣滾雪球的方式,邀請三位符合本研究條件受訪者。 本研究結果發現分為以下諮商學習者在人際經驗中觸動母女關係的經驗可分為以下歸納: 一、 諮商學習者接案中觸動母女關係經驗:主要為諮商學習者接案中引發對母親情感性的經驗連結,其中包含:心理上的相似性、物理時空背景相似性、非口語描述的相似性 二、 親密關係伴侶中觸動母女關係經驗 三、 朋友關係中觸動母女關係經驗 四、 工作職場中觸發母女關係經驗 本研究結果發現諮商學習者的互動歷程以下歸納:母女關係互動經驗、諮商學習前和母親互動經驗、促進諮商學習者與母親互動的因素與轉變。 本研究結果發現諮商學習者反思內涵包含:諮商學習者對自身母女關係的覺察、諮商學習者對個案經驗的覺察、督導對諮商學習者經驗的覺察。 最後第五章節中以研究者建議進行描述:諮商學習者、助人工作者、實務工作者、未來後續研究提出建議以及研究者個人反思。

The purpose of the study is focused on individual cases’ self¬-reflection of mother-daughter relationship experience; using semi-structured interviews in qualitative research. The researcher invited three respondents who met the requirements of this study in a way of snowball sampling. The results of this study turned out that the following experiences of consulting learners who triggered mother-daughter relationships in interpersonal experience can be divided into the following summaries: 1. The experience of triggering the mother-daughter relationship in the case of the consultation learner; mainly causing from consulting learners’ emotional connection with their mothers, including psychological similarity, physical spatial, temporal background similarity and non-spoken language Descriptive similarity 2. Triggering mother-daughter relationship experience in intimate relationship partners 3. Triggering mother-daughter relationship experience in friendship. 4. Triggering mother-daughter relationship experience in the workplace The results of this study turned out that the interaction process of consulting learners is summarized as follows- mother-daughter relationship interaction experience, mother-daughter relationship interaction experience before consulting learning, and factors and changes that improve the interaction between consulting learners and their mothers. The results of this study turned out that the consulting learners’ self-reflection includes, the learners’ awareness of their own mother-daughter relationship, the learners’ awareness of the cases’ experience, and the supervisor's awareness to the learners’ experience. The final chapter 5 is described by the researcher’s suggestions; consulting learners, helpers and practical workers, suggesting for future follow-up research, and the researchers’ personal reflection.
