國小教職人員對於108新課綱實施需求與困難之個案研究---以嘉義縣某國小為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小教職人員對於108新課綱實施需求與困難之個案研究,研究對象為嘉義縣某國小之教職人員包含行政人員及教師人員,研究目的包含:(一)了解國小教職人員對於108課綱教學與實施之現況,(二)了解國小教職人員對於108課綱教學與實施之困難,(三)了解國小教職人員對於108課綱教學與實施之需求。研究方式採用個案研究法,進入國小校園和教職人員們進行訪談,訪問問題以「國小教職人員對於採用108課綱所面臨之困難與需求之調查研究問題」作為訪問題材。研究採用訪談式調查收集所需資料,並進行分析。 研究結果分為:1. 國小教職人員對 108 課綱教學與實施之現況 2. 國小教職人員對 108 課綱教學與實施之困難 3. 國小教職人員對 108 課綱教學與實施之需求 三面向做為分析整理,最後提出建議作為總結。

The purpose of this research is to explore the case study on the needs and difficulties of elementary school teaching staff for the implementation of Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education. The research object is a school staff in Chiayi County, including administrators and teachers. The purpose of the research includes: (1) To understand the elementary school Regarding the current situation of the teaching and implementation of Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education (2) Understand the difficulties faced by the primary school teaching staff in the teaching and implementation of Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education (3) Understand the needs of the primary school staff for the teaching and implementation of Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education. The research method adopts the case study method, entering the elementary school campus and conducting interviews with the teaching staff. The interview question is "Investigation and Research Questions of the Difficulties and Demands Faced by the Elementary School Teaching Staff in Adopting the 108 Curriculum" as the interview subject. The research uses interview survey to collect the required data and conduct analysis. The research results are divided into: 1.The current situation of the teaching and implementation of Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education by the teaching staff of elementary schools. 2. Difficulties in teaching and implementing Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education by primary school staff. 3. Elementary school teaching staff's needs for the teaching and implementation of Curriculum Guidelines of 12-year Basic Education. The three aspects are analyzed and sorted out, and finally suggestions are put forward as a summary.
