摘要


本文內容主要為一系列苯乙烯色酮的合成,苯乙烯色酮化合物在抗癌的功效上具有相當良好的潛力,因此利用合成方式能以更有效率的方式取得苯乙烯色酮化合物,並且能在官能基上做不同的改變,並跟慈濟大學及國立陽明交通大學研究,發展其他的生物活性;本文所合成的方向為苯乙烯色酮B環上官能基的改變,其中一衍生物2-(2-吡啶)苯乙烯色酮也會測試其質子化程度的不同下,所激發出的螢光改變,探討其是否在生物螢光探針上具有潛力。

The content of this article is mainly about the synthesis of a series of styrene chromones. Styrene chromone compounds have quite good potential in anti-cancer efficacy. Therefore, the use of synthetic methods can obtain styrene chromone compounds in a more efficient manner, and can Make different changes in the functional group, and study with Tzu Chi University and National Yangming Jiaotong University to develop other biological activities; the direction of synthesis in this article is the change of the functional group on the B ring of styrene chromone, one of which is a derivative 2 -(2-Pyridine) styrene chromone will also test the changes in fluorescence induced by its protonation degree, and explore whether it has potential in bioluminescent probes
