本研究旨在探討大學生人格特質與壓力因應之相關,以及希望感在之間的中介效果,樣本主要以在學大學生為研究對象。本研究採問卷調查法,以紙本與線上網路問卷平台設置問卷,研究工具包含「內外控量表」、「簡明因應量表」與「希望感量表」,以紙本與網路線上問卷,共獲得有效問卷676份,調查結果以SPSS24.0將所得資料進行平均數、標準差等描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關、階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料處理分享,獲致結論分述如下: 一、大學生之內控傾向較高。二、大學生之趨近因應傾向高於逃避因應傾向。三、大學生之整體希望感較高,且路徑思考大於效能思考。四、大學生之外控傾向與趨近因應呈顯著負相關,與逃避因應呈顯著正相關。五、大學生之外控傾向與希望感呈顯著負相關。六、大學生之希望感在內外控傾向與趨近因應之間具顯著中介效果。 最後根據以上結果,對輔導工作者提出建議,並說明後續研究建議和研究上的限制。
This research aimed to examine the relationship between undergraduates’ personality and stress coping, and hope was regarded as a mediator in this study. The sample was mainly based on college students, and a questionnaire survey method was used to collect data, including the use of “Rotter’s Internal-External Control Scale”, “Brief-coping orientations to problems experience”, and “The Trait Hope Scale”. As a result, 608 valid questionnaires were collected. The statistical package software SPSS 24.0 version was utilized to analyze collected data for descriptive statistics, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Hierarchical Regression. The study reached following results: 1.College students have a higher internal control tendency than external control tendency. 2.Approaching coping strategy is more likely to be used by college students than avoiding coping strategy. 3.College students are likely to have high sense of hope and tend to use path thinking, compared to effectiveness thinking. 4.College students’ external control tendency is significantly negatively correlated with approaching coping strategy, and significantly positively correlated with avoiding coping strategy. 5.There is a significant negative correlation between college students’ external control tendency and the sense of hope. 6.College students’ sense of hope has a significant mediating effect between the internal/external control tendency and approaching coping strategy. Based on results mentioned above, some difficulties and limitations of current studies were discussed, and suggestions were offered for the future study and practical work.
