臺北市公立幼兒園家長對課後留園服務與需求滿意度相關之研究

摘要


本研究以問卷調查法為主,文獻探討為輔,旨在探討臺北市公立幼兒園家長對課後留園服務與需求滿意度之關係。本研究主要目的: 一、瞭解現行臺北市公立幼兒園家長對課後留園服務與需求滿意度之現況及關係。 二、分析不同背景家長對課後留園服務與需求滿意度之差異情形。 三、探討臺北市公立幼兒園課後留園服務與家長需求滿意度之關係。 四、根據研究結果提出未來可供相關政策改革參考之建議。 依據研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,編製「課後留園服務、家長需求滿意度之調查問卷」進行調查,以臺北市公立幼兒園家長為調查對象,共抽取25所園所,共計500位受試者為樣本,計回收有效問卷442份,有效問卷回收率為88.4%;蒐集的資料以描述性統計分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關分析等統計方法進行分析。 本研究所獲致之結論如下: 一、臺北市公立幼兒園家長對課後留園服務現況整體及各向度表現均呈現高程度的接受,其中以「環境設備」得分最高。 二、臺北市公立幼兒園家長對需求滿意度現況整體及各向度呈現「中高」至「高」程度的接受,其中以「工作效能」得分最高。 三、臺北市公立幼兒園家長對課後留園服務現況知覺,在身分、年齡、最高學歷、職業、家庭每月總收入、家中子女數、家庭型態、子女是否參加課後留園等背景變項上,並無顯著之差異。 四、臺北市公立幼兒園家長對需求滿意度會因其最高學歷、家中子女數等背景變項上而有顯著差異。 五、臺北市公立幼兒園家長對需求滿意度在身分、年齡、職業、家庭每月總收入、家庭型態、子女是否參加課後留園等背景變項上,並無顯著之差異。 六、課後留園服務與家長需求滿意度具有顯著正相關。 七、課後留園服務對家長需求滿意度具有正向的預測作用。 最後依據結論,本研究提出相關建議,俾供家長、公立幼兒園、教育主管機關,以及後續研究之參考。

This study mainly aims, via adopting the methods of questionnaire survey and literature review, to explore the relationship between after-school program service and demand satisfaction of public preschool parents in Taipei. The main purposes of this study include: 1.Learn about the current situation and relationship between after-school program service and demand satisfaction of public preschool parents in Taipei. 2.Analyze the differences of parents between different backgrounds of after-school program service and demand satisfaction. 3.To explore the relationship between after-school program service and parents demand satisfaction of public preschool in Taipei. 4.To propose suggestions, based on the research findings, useful for the future reform of related policies. To achieve these purposes, this study adopts a questionnaire survey.“The investigative questionnaire of after-school program services, parents demand satisfaction” is the main tool we use. The sample includes 500 parents selected from 25 public preschool in Taipei. Of the distributed copies, 442 questionnaires have returned as valid, with the return rate of 88.4%. A series of statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, stepwise multiple regression analysis are conducted to analyze the data collected. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Parents of public preschool in Taipei showed a high degree of acceptance of the overall and all-dimensional performance of after-school program services. Among them, “environmental equipment” scored the highest. 2.Parents of public preschool in Taipei showed a “medium-high” to “high” level of acceptance of overall and various degrees of demand satisfaction, with "work efficiency" having the highest score. 3.Parents of public preschool in Taipei are aware of the status have no significant difference in after-school program service on background variables such as identity, age, highest academic qualifications, occupation, total monthly household income, number of children in the family, family type, and whether children participate in after-school program service. 4.The demand satisfaction of parents of public preschool in Taipei with their needs may vary significantly due to background variables such as their highest academic qualifications and the number of children in the family. 5.There is no significant difference in the demand satisfaction of parents of public preschool in Taipei with respect to background variables such as identity, age, occupation, total monthly household income, family type, and whether or not the children participate in after-school program service. 6.There is a significant positive correlation between the after-school program service and the demand satisfaction of parents. 7.The after-school program service has a positive predictive effect on the demand satisfaction of parents. According to the conclusions, some suggestions are provided as references for the parents, public preschool, the Department of Education and future follow-up studies.
