The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between high school students’ leadership ability and interpersonal interaction effectiveness, and to further explore the impact of students’ leadership ability on interpersonal interaction effectiveness. The study has adopted the questionnaire surveying method, and has also compiled a ” A Questionnaire on the Relationship between High School Students' Leadership Abiliy and Interpersonal Interaction Effectiveness” ,which is used as the research tool. 400 students were given a questionnaire for a high school student in Taipei. A total of 330 questionnaires are found as effective questionnaires. The data derived from the questionnaire are put through the computer statistical SPSS 22.0 to conduct data analysis, together with adopting statistical methods including the descriptive statistics, t test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment.
