臺北市公立國小教師參與專業學習社群與教師專業能力關係之研究

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解臺北市公立國小教師參與專業學習社群與教師專業能力之關係,並進一步探究教師專業學習社群對於教師專業能力之影響。本研究使用問卷調查法,編製「教師專業學習社群與教師專業能力表現關係之研究調查問卷」作為研究工具。以臺北市公立國小之教師為研究對象,發放500份問卷。共計有433份有效問卷,本研究使用SPSS 22.0統計軟體,以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果如下: 一、臺北市公立國民小學教師在參與教師專業學習社群整體現況良好。 二、臺北市公立國民小學教師在「最高學歷」、「社群組成」背景之不同,其知覺教師專業學習社群的情形有差異。 三、臺北市公立國民小學教師在教師專業能力整體表現現況良好。 四、不同背景之臺北市公立國民小學教師,其教師專業能力的情形並無差異。 五、臺北市公立國民小學教師參與教師專業學習社群與教師專業能力表現間具有中度正相關。 六、臺北市公立國民小學教師參與教師專業學習社群對教師專業能力表現具有顯著的預測力。

The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between the teachers' participation in teacher professional learning communities in public Primary schools in Taipei and the teacher professional competence, and to further explore the impact of the teacher professional learning communities on the eacher professional competence. The study has adopted the questionnaire surveying method, and has also compiled a” A Questionnaire on the Relationship between teacher professional learning communities and teacher professional competence” , which is used as the research tool. For the teachers of the Taipei public primary school, 500 questionnaires were distributed. A total of 433 questionnaires are found as effective questionnaires. The data derived from the questionnaire are put through the computer statistical SPSS 22.0 to conduct data analysis, together with adopting statistical methods including the descriptive statistics, t test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's product-moment. The study's conclusions are as following: 1.The participation of teachers of the Taipei public primary school in the teacher professional learning communities is generally good. 2.The background of the "highest education" and "community composition" of teachers in Taipei's public primary schools is different, and the situation of their teachers' professional learning community is different. 3.The overall performance of teachers' professional competence in the public primary schools in Taipei is good. 4.There is no difference in the teacher professional competence of Taipei public primary schools with different backgrounds. 5.There is a moderately positive correlation between the participation of teachers of the Taipei public primary school in the teacher professional learning communities and the teacher professional competence. 6.The participation of teachers of the Taipei public primary school in the teacher professional learning communities has a significant predictive power on the teacher professional competence
