大陸配偶在臺灣生活適應之研究

對於我國政府而言，我國政府制訂陸配政策上處於兩難的狀態。一方面我國政府以「人權立國」著稱，在制訂相關政策必須要顧及大陸配偶在臺灣生活的基本權利；另一方面，我國政府必須要嚴謹地制訂陸配政策，不但需要顧及臺灣本地人的權益，一方面亦需要保障我國的國家利益。因此，大陸配偶相比起其他外籍配偶必須面對更多法律規範的限制，使她們在生活適應上面對更多的挑戰。因此，本論文旨在探討大陸配偶在臺灣的生活適應以及我國政府的政策如何影響之。為了達到本研究的目的。研究者除了蒐集與我國陸配政策的相關法規之外，更以問卷調查以及深度訪談的方法獲取一手資料以進行分析，以調查大陸配偶在臺生活適應的挑戰以及對相關政策的看法。本文認為，縱然兩岸關係的發展時而處於緊張的狀態，但是我國歷屆政府反而對大陸配偶的政策更為寬鬆，不但提供就業的權利，而且提供多項的輔導資源，以協助她們的生活適應。另一方面，縱然政府提供更多的資源協助她們的生活適應，但是大陸配偶能否順利適應臺灣生活仍取決於她們的個人能力。換言之，政府只能在這方面扮演輔助者的角色。

This thesis aims to explore how Mainland Wives adopt in Taiwan and the role of our government play in helping Mainland Wives adapt to the Taiwanese lifestyle. To achieve the goals of this thesis, I will first review the policy of treating Mainland Wives from the Li Ting-hui Administration to the Tsai Ing-wen administration. After that, I will use questionnaires and interviews to collect primary sources related to Mainland Wives’ adaptation in Taiwan. In this thesis, I argue that the self-efficacy of Mainland Wives plays an essential role for their adaptation to the Taiwanese lifestyle. In other words, our government only plays a supporting role for them to cope with their cultural clash in Taiwan.
