川普時期美「中」競逐關係之研究（2017～2020）

川普在2017年當選為美國第45任總統之後，美「中」關係達到了另一個高峰，隨著中國大陸的崛起，美「中」之間實力的差距逐漸縮小，美國長期在國際社會中的優勢不在。川普高喊美國優先，並搭配美國國家安全戰略報告以及印太戰略的思維，來做為遏「中」的手段，而習近平也提出新型大國關係和修昔底德陷阱等概念，試圖修補美「中」關係的裂痕，然而，美「中」早已錯失良性發展的重要時機，雙方就此陷入無止境的惡性競爭關係中。美「中」在經貿上的問題一直都是大家關注的議題，而雙方為了拉攏台灣，在對台政策上也均有所取捨，此外，2019年的新冠疫情和香港問題也為美「中」關係增添了更多不確定性，以上所提到的這些議題，都將會是本文所欲探討的重點。

With the rise of mainland China, the power gap between the United States and China has gradually narrowed, and the United States has lost its long-term advantage in the international community. Trump clamored for the American first, and combined it with the US National Security Strategy Report and Indo-Pacific strategic thinking as a means to contain China. Xi Jinping also proposed concepts such as a new type of major power relationship and the Thucydides trap in an attempt to repair the rift in US-China relations, however, the United States and China have already missed an important opportunity for healthy development, and the two sides have fallen into an endless vicious competitive relationship. The economic and trade issues of the United States and China have always been a topic of concern to everyone. In order to win over Taiwan, both sides have also made choices in their Taiwan policies. In addition, the COVID-19 epidemic and the Hong Kong issue have also added more uncertainty to the US-China relationship in 2019. The issues mentioned above will all be the focus of this article.
