家庭關係與幸福感之研究—以接受日間照顧服務老人為例

摘要

本研究目的在於瞭解日間照顧老年人與家庭關係及幸福感間相關影響，採方便取樣的方式，收案地域範圍為109年台中市政府立案核可之日間照顧單位，邀請有意願且符合研究設定條件的長者為研究對象。研究工具採結構式問卷，問卷內容包括：老年人基本資料、家庭關係量表、幸福感量表三部分，以 SPSS statistics 20.0進行資料建檔及統計分析。
分析台中地區日間照顧老年人家庭關係對幸福感之現況，研究結果顯示：(1)目前居住狀況、接受日間照顧服務時間及與家庭關係緊密程度與家庭關係有顯著差異；(2)目前居住狀況、接受日間照顧服務時間、使用日間照顧的決定者及與家庭關係緊密程度與幸福感有顯著差異；(3)接受日間照顧老年人家庭關係與幸福感間皆呈現顯著正相關；(4)接受日間照顧老年人之「目前居住狀況」、「使用日間照顧的決定者」、「與家庭關係緊密程度」、「家庭關係」等四個變項對日間照顧老年人幸福感具有顯著預測力，共可解釋整體老年人幸福感39.8%的總變異量。
本研究結果進而從接受日間照顧老年人的角度來瞭解家庭關係對幸福感之相關及重要性並提供政府相關單位、教育機關、高齡長者及未來研究者建議，做為未來我國老人日間照顧服務實施與推廣時考慮到長者與家庭關係間之參考依據。

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of day care for the elderly, family relationships and well-being, using a convenient sampling method. The area of acceptance is the day care unit approved by the Taichung City Government in 109. The invitation is willing and in line with the research settings. The elders who are qualified are the research objects. The research tool adopts a structured questionnaire. The content of the questionnaire includes three parts: basic information of the elderly, family relationship scale, and happiness scale. SPSS statistics is used for data archiving and statistical analysis.
Analyzing the current status of the family relationship of taking care of the elderly in the daytime in Taichung area on the sense of happiness, the research results show that: (1) There are significant differences in the current living status, the time of receiving day care services, and the closeness of the relationship with the family in the family relationship; (2) There are significant differences in happiness in current living status, time of receiving day care services, decision makers for using day care, and closeness to family; (3) There is a significant positive correlation between the family relationship and happiness of the elderly who receive day care; (4) Four variable pairs including "current living status", "decision makers for using day care", "degree of close relationship with family", and "family relationship" for elderly people receiving day care The happiness of day care for the elderly has significant predictive power, which can explain 39.8% of the total variance of the overall happiness of the elderly.
The results of this study further understand the relevance and importance of family relationships to happiness from the perspective of receiving day care for the elderly, and provide suggestions from relevant government units, educational institutions, senior citizens and future researchers to implement the future day care services for the elderly in my country Consider the reference basis between the relationship between the elderly and the family when promoting and promoting.
